Our plan of action is to first review your foundation setup.  We would review your setup to ensure that it has been completed.  We also review your customization, forms, review volumes of transaction based on forms etc.  We will also review your performance within NetSuite using the Application Performance Management tool.  This would allow us to see where the performance is slow. 

At the end of this we would provide a document with all the recommendations that need to be completed or if your account requires additional technical work, we would recommend you to a Certified NetSuite Partner that would be able to continue with optimizing your NetSuite account.
